Here’s what I’ve put together for Magpie Tales this week.
Snug on the shore
She lays on the glacial
pine ribs splayed
the lake
her eye
the sky
her lid
still yet scoping
as she hides
from the glare
a singular structure
on the pensive shore.
Snug in solitude.
